Education & Experience

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• Preferred Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or statutory compliance.

• Preferred Industry Background: Manufacturing / FMCG / Industrial organizations with statutory compliance exposure.

Role: Sales Officer

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Responsible for driving sales execution and market expansion of Levista Coffee products in the assigned territory through effective outlet coverage, distributor management, and strict adherence to sales processes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, improving distribution, ensuring productivity of market visits, and executing company systems (BIZOM/DMS) to deliver consistent business growth

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

· FMCG sales and distribution management

· DMS / BIZOM system usage

· Outlet coverage planning and execution

Education & Experience
