1. When will my products be delivered?
Your products will be delivered 5 to 7 working days from ordering.
2. What are the shipping charges?
There is absolutely no shipping charge for orders above ₹ 500. For orders below ₹ 500, there is a nominal charge of ₹ 45.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in the orders section of Levista’s website. You will also receive an intimation about the status of your order through email.
4. Do you have a Wholesale/Bulk Pricing?
No, currently we don’t take any bulk orders. If you would like to place an order on bulk, please write to us at ecommsales@levista.in and mkt@levista.in.
5. What Coffee Beans do you Use?
We handpick our coffee beans from Coorg estates & plantations, preserving the natural flavour and using an artful roasting process for an authentic coffee experience.
6. What is the Shipping and Delivery Policy?
1. All order dispatch will be done by 10am. Any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day 2. Orders will be delivered within 5 - 8 working days.
7. Where do your Coffee Beans come from?
We grow our coffee beans from our own coffee plantations at Coorg.
8. What is the Caffeine Content of your Levista Coffees?
Caffeine content is only applicable for roasted coffee. Not for coffee powders.
9. Do you Add Sugar or Sweeteners in your Products?
No, we don’t use any sugar or sweeteners to our coffee powders.
10. Do you Ship Outside of India?
No, we only ship our products inside India as of now. Incase if worldwide shipping feature is added in the future, we will be making an announcement on the same.
11. I am facing problems while placing an order online?
There are possibilities interrupted internet connection, please check your internet connection and provider if you are facing any struggles while placing the order.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered email. Currently it is not possible to track live order.
